How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in our secure servers held at our offices.

We will not retain your data for longer than necessary. For different types of data, different retention periods do apply. When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal data we will delete or anonymise it as far as practical.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
